Mong Lor is a nursing student in his third year at Fresno State. As a peer mentor with the College of Health and Human Services’ Advising and Career Development Center, Lor works directly with freshman who are also interested in becoming nursing majors one day. With a lot of guidance, assistance and a friendly smile, he prepares these students and gets them on the right path to success.
An active member of campus, Lor has been involved with Fresno State Health PAWS, the Hmong Student Association at Fresno State and the Fresno State Army ROTC (Bulldog Batallion), where he hopes to one day serve as a nurse in the United States Army. Learn more about Lor by viewing the video above!
