The Dean’s Office will be missing one of their own when the semester resumes in January. Karen Lowe, administrative support coordinator for the office, is retiring at the end of the year – after 25 years of fantastic service at Fresno State.
Lowe has been with CHHS since May 2014, but has served in other areas on campus for many years prior to that, including 12 years with the College of Social Sciences, 7 years with the Learning Center/SupportNet and 4 years with Accounting Services.
“It has been very rewarding to be able to work with students and watch them excel in both their personal and professional endeavors,” said Lowe.
Lowe will be moving closer to family in northern California, where she hopes for a place with a view – preferably a golf course! We thank her for her long-standing dedication to Fresno State and wish her the very best with her retirement.
