Congratulations are in order for our own Dr. Paul Ullucci of the Department of Physical Therapy for being inducted into the Rhode Island Athletic Trainers Association (RIATA) Hall of Fame! The RIATA is the professional membership association for certified athletic trainers who support the athletic training profession in the state of Rhode Island.
Prior to Fresno State, Ullucci spent 25 years in Rhode Island treating professional, collegiate, high school and youth athletes. His work has even taken him to Europe twice to work with the Brown and Dartmouth track and field teams and also to the 2005 Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships. Ullucci joined the the faculty at Fresno State in fall 2014 as an assistant professor, and also serves as the coordinator of Fresno State’s Musculoskeletal Care Clinic. Way to go Dr. Ullucci!
