With just weeks leading up to the official start of the 2014 Fall semester, Department Chairs and support staff within the college, united on August 8th to take part in this annual retreat. The focus of  the retreat was on building collaborative relationships to ensure student success. Held in the foothills just 20 minutes from town, the Clovis Castle provided the perfect backdrop for faculty and staff to collaborate and have in depth discussions on ways to engage students.
